My Hokkaido Venison(In my opinion the best Venison in the world! )  slowly stewed with red wine and paprika for couple of hours and served with boiled Hokkaido potatoes and slice of bread... Best enjoyed with Chateau Citran 2004 ;)

北海道から取り寄せた鹿肉(世界で一番おいしい鹿肉じゃないかと思う)を赤ワインとパプリカと共にゆっくりコトコト。そこへ茹でた北海道産ジャガイモと焼きたてのパンを添えてシチューの出来上がり。Chateau Citran 2004と相性抜群。
